About Us

Calling Voice Movement

is a new, innovative movement which aims to promote the field of vocal pedagogy in Israel and in the Middle East, as well as instill individual and communal well-being through positive comprehensive study of the voice. 

This is a home for voice professionals who wish to develop and deepen their knowledge and understanding in the field of voice work. Students who participate in the various courses, will receive an education that merges a somatic and holistic approach with the latest research in voice sciences.

Our Way

We believe that everyone has the ability to learn to sing and feel fulfilled by their voice. You can’t sing what you can’t hear, however, and you can’t teach what you can’t sing. Therefore, the teachers studying at Calling Voice Movement are committed to a process of development and professionalization, first and foremost, as singers, and as a result of this growth, then, as teachers.

Positive voice work

is, in effect, a developmental tool that creates a connection – both internally, connecting individuals with themselves, as well as externally, connecting the individual and the other.
The studies at Calling Voice Movement incorporate many different learning methods, as well as the acquisition of skills in interpersonal communication and guided practical exercises.

Personal Development

The teachers and voice professionals who study at Calling Voice Movement must therefore first undergo a process of personal development. Following this process of self-improvement, each of our teachers can take the body of knowledge that they accumulated during their studies and then pass it on to their students; thus spreading the influence and positive message of self-awareness and connection of Calling Voice Movement.

The Calling Voice Movement community is a professional, respectful and supportive space that brings together voice professionals from different cultures and religions, different voice styles and musical styles. About the Founder

About Moran Cohen Talmor - Founder of Calling Voice Movement

The movement was founded by Moran Cohen Talmor, in 2005, in accordance with the fundamentals of Somatic Voicework™ the LoVetri Method. Over the years, many voice instructors and vocalists have joined Calling Voice Movement and studied in various courses in an array of different academic levels. These teachers form the body of the movement and together make up a community of vocalists who are committed to constant research, development, practice and deepening of knowledge.

The One Voice Project is the flagship program of the Calling Voice Movement, which aims to train voice professionals in Israel and the Middle East at the highest international standards.

The pedagogical space, led by Moran Cohen Talmor and her amazing team of teachers, is a fertile ground for internal, interpersonal, and multicultural connection. Graduates of the program receive a certificate from Baldwin Wallace University and join Calling Voice Movement’s thriving, multi-professional, and supportive community.
